Art of the Dance World Academy runs this website to tell families about our classes and to let you get in touch. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site we receive your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message field. We use it to call you back, answer your question and arrange a class. Nothing else.

How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and records a shortened version of your IP address. We cannot identify you from it.

Advertising. We advertise through Google Ads. If you arrive from one of our adverts, Google records that visit so we can tell which adverts bring families to the school.

Who else sees it

Google, as the provider of Analytics and Ads. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other businesses, and we do not send marketing emails.

Photographs on this site come from our own Instagram account. We copy them to our server, so viewing this page does not connect your browser to Instagram.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our system while we are in touch with you and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back to us. Website statistics are kept for 14 months.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No special form is needed.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we switch off analytics for your visit automatically — you do not have to ask. We treat the older Do Not Track header the same way where browsers still send it.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.

Children

Our classes are for children, but this website is written for parents. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
